CNC Lathe OperatorWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will set up and operate CNC equipment to produce high-quality precision parts. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Day and night shift available.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC machines (lathes)Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructionsLoad raw materials and monitor machine performanceAdjust machine settings to ensure accuracy and efficiencyInspect finished parts using precision measuring toolsIdentify and troubleshoot minor machine issuesPerform routine maintenance and keep equipment in good working conditionMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaFollow all company safety and quality standardsQualificationsRequired:High school diploma or GED requiredMinimum 2 years of previous CNC machining or manufacturing experience preferredAbility to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers)Basic computer and math skillsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):Experience with G-code or CNC programming basicsFamiliarity with quality control processesTechnical or vocational training in machining or manufacturingCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly pay based on experienceOvertime opportunities availableHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysRetirement plan (401(k) with company match)On-the-job training and advancement opportunitiesWork EnvironmentThis position is based in a manufacturing/shop setting.
