Speech Language Pathologist - Day Shift

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to evaluate assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans in accordance with patient needs and physician direction. The ideal candidate will embody the values of our organization, focusing on superior patient care and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients to create tailored treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to address barriers to patient discharge.
• Ensure patient safety through adherence to safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain clear and accurate medical record documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Participate in student training programs as appropriate.
• Engage in professional development and advocacy efforts.
• Uphold the organization's Code of Conduct and professional standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language & Hearing Association.
• BLS Certification.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience.
• FEES Certified.

Schedule

This position operates on a day shift schedule of 5 days per week.
