In this role you will:
- Provide intensive Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in a center-based setting; either in the Treatment of Challenging Behavior or Pediatric Feeding Disorders.
- Teach clients with autism communication, social, and self-help skills while managing challenging behaviors in a high staff-to-client ratio (usually 2 technicians to 1 client)
- Collect data to monitor the progress of the children we support
- Provide regular written and verbal progress on treatment goals
- Adhere to all policies and procedures, including, but not limited to, confidentiality and mandated reporting standards as set by the BlueSprig clinical team .
- Communicate clearly and effectively – both orally and written – with clients, families, and colleagues
- Attend meetings, trainings, and workshops to acquire further knowledge.

- All day availability Monday-Friday 8AM-6PM, 15-30 hours a week
- Pay
- $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, based on experience and progression through our Level Up program
