District Manager, Psychiatry - Columbus, OH

District Manager position overseeing commercial psychiatry sales operations in Columbus, Ohio. Responsible for developing and executing district sales plans, leading field teams, and driving revenue targets while managing market dynamics and team performance.
Responsibilities
- Create, implement, and communicate district sales plans while monitoring progress against targets
- Coordinate in-field team activities to achieve sales results and business objectives
- Coach, mentor, and develop direct and indirect reports to enhance skills and team performance
- Lead teams by developing mastery of products, disease states, and managed care landscape
- Provide strategic direction to internal partners in business planning and market execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in health sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field; or equivalent industry experience
- Business analysis and planning skills with demonstrated ability to drive sales performance
- Strong judgment and decision-making capabilities with ability to manage performance effectively
- Scientific knowledge to articulate treatment options and understand therapeutic areas
- Talent development and coaching skills with proven track record in performance management
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and safe driving requirements
- Healthcare industry representative credentialing eligibility and good standing status
