Distribution Technician

Job Title: Distribution Technician

Location: Gainesville, GA

Compensation: $20/hr

Responsibilities
• Manage inventory control of finished goods and equipment, supporting cycle counting, documentation, and discrepancy research
• Perform pick and pack activities for international and domestic shipments
• Receive, inspect, screen, prepare, and store inventory
• Operate forklift/pallet jack with valid license and ensure safety protocols are followed
• Lift up to 75 pounds and carry items over 10 feet, push and pull loads as required
• Maintain safety awareness and perform daily tasks efficiently
• Manage diverse responsibilities independently with a focus on accuracy and productivity
• Adhere to shift schedules, including some weekend work
• Utilize computer skills for inventory management and documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and warehouse procedures

Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of warehouse and inventory control experience (preferably computerized)
• Ability to operate forklift and pallet jack with proper licensing
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform manual handling tasks
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and maintain focus under shifting priorities
• Manual dexterity and keen visual acuity
• Safety-conscious mindset and independent work capability
