Open Mind Health (OMH) is expanding and actively recruiting fully licensed California therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or licensed Psychologist [PsyD/PhD]) interested in providing virtual psychotherapy primarily to adult clients.

This opportunity is well suited for clinicians experienced in supporting adults with concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, stress, relationships, identity, grief, life transitions, and other behavioral health needs.

This is a 100% remote telehealth opportunity offering $70–$80/hour, flexible scheduling, and a minimum commitment of 20 hours of recurring weekly availability.

Active, unrestricted California clinical licensure is required, as this position serves clients located in California.

• Active, unrestricted California license ( LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or licensed Psychologist [PsyD/PhD])
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to evidence-based care
• Comfortable using technology and telehealth platforms
• Passion for providing culturally responsive, client-centered care
• Experience providing psychotherapy to adult clients
• Experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, or other common adult behavioral health needs
• Telehealth experienceAdditional language proficiency; Spanish is highly desirable
• Membership in Social Work, Counseling, MFT, or PSYPACT compacts, where applicable
• 1099 Independent Contractor
