The platform is active across multiple stages of the investment lifecycle and combines investment analysis, development, active asset management and operations within a collaborative, hands-on environment.The OpportunityThe firm is seeking an Asset Manager to drive performance across a diversified portfolio, with an immediate emphasis on commercial predevelopment, value-add execution and ongoing asset management. The individual will translate asset business plans into action, monitor financial and operational results, and coordinate leasing, development, capital projects and property operations. The role requires financial rigor, commercial judgment and a practical, hands-on approach to execution.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and advance asset business plans from post-acquisition and predevelopment through value-add execution, stabilization and ongoing operations.Prepare and review annual budgets, rolling forecasts, valuations, return analyses, cash requirements and capital schedules; measure actual performance against plan.Coordinate commercial predevelopment workstreams, including consultant management, design, approvals, cost planning, schedule tracking and readiness for execution.Lead value creation initiatives and capital projects by establishing milestones, monitoring budgets and schedules, surfacing risks early and driving issues to resolution.Partner with leasing teams, brokers and property managers on asset positioning, tenant mix, vacancy strategy, renewals, operating priorities and revenue growth.Evaluate lease proposals, tenant improvement and leasing commission requirements, capital decisions and their impact on asset cash flow and investment returns.Review monthly financial and operating packages, investigate variances and convert findings into clear action plans for internal teams and third-party partners.Manage relationships and accountability across property management, leasing, construction, consultants, contractors and joint venture partners.Support financings, refinancings, recapitalizations and dispositions through analysis, diligence, reporting and transaction coordination.Conduct regular site visits, maintain detailed knowledge of each asset and prepare concise recommendations and updates for senior leadership.Experience and QualificationsAt least 3 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate asset management, development, investments or owner representation, with direct responsibility for executing asset-level business plans.Demonstrated experience with commercial predevelopment and value-add initiatives, including the ability to coordinate financial, leasing, development and operational workstreams.Exposure across a mix of retail, office, multifamily and other commercial assets; experience with both lease-intensive and operationally complex properties is valued.Strong understanding of leases, budgets, financial statements, capital planning, valuations and real estate return metrics.Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills. ARGUS Enterprise experience is preferred for candidates working with office or retail assets.Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business, accounting, construction, urban planning or a related discipline.Proven ability to coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders, maintain accountability and communicate effectively with senior decision makers.Current South Florida residency is required, together with the ability to visit assets throughout the region as needed.Characteristics for SuccessAn ownership mindset, strong follow-through and a bias toward action.Commercial judgment grounded in financial analysis and property operations, with the ability to move between strategic planning, site-level execution and detailed problem solving.Clear communication, strong relationship management and the confidence to escalate issues with solutions.
