Job Description

We're hiring Delivery Drivers! No experience needed – we provide paid training. Part-time and full-time shifts are available, with a path from part-time to full-time.

Pay & Benefits
• Starting pay: $23.50/hour (no experience required)

Schedule
• 8–10 hour shifts
• Part-time: up to 30 hours per week
• Full-time: up to 40 hours per week, plus overtime

What You'll Do
• Deliver approximately 300+ packages per shift to residential and commercial addresses
• Safely drive company-provided vehicles, including Extended Cargo Vans and Freightliner Step Vans (no CDL required)
• Load, unload, organize, and inspect your vehicle before and after each route
• Use a handheld device for navigation, delivery tracking, and vehicle safety checks
• Follow all safety standards on and off the road
• Provide friendly, professional service to Amazon customers and the public
• Support teammates with "rescues" (helping finish routes) when you finish early

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age with a valid U.S. driver's license
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass a 4-panel drug test and DMV motor vehicle record check
• Able to lift packages up to 50 lbs and get in and out of the van frequently throughout the route
• Able to safely operate and navigate a delivery van
• Able to read and understand English
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others
• Most importantly: a strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and a positive attitud
