Details Work in a large, high-acuity, inner-city Level 1 trauma center Emergency Department Night shift schedule, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week No on-call requirements Expected to work 4 weekend shifts per month Block scheduling not typically approved Requirements Active GA or compact RN license BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required TNCC and ENPC certifications preferred Minimum 4 years of well-rounded adult and pediatric ED experience required Prior experience in high-volume, high-acuity trauma hospitals required Candidates with experience limited to small or low-volume hospitals will not be considered Conditional compliance allowed if credentialing is proven to be in process Additional Information Provide emergency nursing care in a fast-paced, high-pressure trauma environment Manage complex, critical, and diverse patient cases typical of a Level 1 trauma center Local candidates accepted at the same pay rate as travel candidates American Traveler Job ID P-739729.
