We are currently seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join our Clinical Department. As a Clinical Supervisor, youll guide, support and evaluate the case managers individual efforts by focusing on ongoing clinical and compliance issues, staff development, concurrent clinical review and assistance to Case Managers with both daily caseload and crisis management. The Clinical Supervisor will ensure compliance within the terms of the specified program, as needed./ppKey Responsibilities/pulliAdheres to the CareStar Rule in performance of job responsibilities./liliUnderstands and complies with CareStar Policies and Procedures./liliMaintains confidentiality as related to patient information.
