Registered Nurse (RN) - Bay Area ICU

Location: Corpus Christi, TX

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 7 PM to 7 AM

Job Description: Join our dedicated team in the Bay Area ICU, where we provide high-quality care for critically ill patients. Our unit is equipped with 24 beds and staffed by a team of 50 healthcare professionals committed to excellence in patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Participate in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
• Perform vital assessments and monitor patient conditions closely.
• Assist with procedures including intubation, central lines, bronchoscopy, and more.
• Utilize advanced equipment such as ventilators, Swan-Ganz catheters, and balloon pumps.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Active RN license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Critical care experience, preferably in an ICU setting.
• Preferred experience in Level 1 or 2 trauma and cardiovascular surgery.
• Excellent customer service skills.
