Disability & Life Insurance Options Tuition Assistance through SNHU online programs Schedule Team Leaders usually work 5/6, 8-10-hour days, about 30-48 hours/week, pending the operational needs of their specific store. This may include weekends & holidays. Reliable transportation & flexible availability is required. Responsibilities Customer Service Excellence: Greet guests with a smile, take orders accurately, and ensure a delightful experience. Beverage and Food Preparation: Brew coffee, prepare sandwiches and package delicious donuts, and serve them promptly. Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the store tidy, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment. Team Collaboration: Work harmoniously with fellow crew members and management to create a welcoming atmosphere. Store Closing: Work the team to ensure proper store closing procedures are followed to ensure the morning team is prepared for opening Qualifications Positive Attitude: Bring your sunny disposition to work every day!
