What you’ll do as a home health physical therapist As a home health physical therapist, you visit patients across the Fort Worth area and deliver hands-on care. Typically, your day includes: Evaluating patients and building personalized therapy plans Guiding patients through strengthening and mobility exercises Tracking progress and adjusting care as patients improve Teaching patients and families safe movement techniques Documenting each visit accurately and on time Moreover, you work independently while a supportive team backs you up.
