Senior International Tax Manager

Providing strategic leadership in international tax matters, the full-time Senior Manager, International Tax will manage income tax accounting, compliance, and audit support for EMEA and India, while driving tax initiatives and process improvements in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Lead the preparation and review of ASC 740 tax provision components, ensuring accurate financial statement disclosures Oversee international tax compliance and reporting, including review of tax filings and coordination with external advisors Support tax audits and financial statement audits, ensuring compliance with SOX control objectives and documentation requirements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA and/or MST preferred 7+ years of corporate tax experience with significant international tax exposure 5+ years of ASC 740 income tax accounting experience, including quarterly and annual provision review responsibilities Experience with tax technology platforms such as OneSource Tax Provision or CorpTax is strongly preferred Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets and financial reporting information
