Duties and Responsibilities:

• • Inspire Wonder:Spark curiosity and wonder in young hearts by designing and implementing engaging curriculum activities rooted in the Reggio Emilia philosophy.
  • Nurture Growth:Cultivate a supportive and stimulating learning atmosphere where children can flourish emotionally, socially, and intellectually.
  • Be a Mentor:Serve as a guiding light for children as they explore the world around them, encouraging independence, problem-solving, and self-expression.
  • Embrace Creativity:Foster a love for art, music, storytelling, and imaginative play to unlock each child's unique potential.
  • Create Connections:Collaborate with fellow educators, parents, and the community to ensure holistic development and personalized learning experiences for every child.
  • Elevate Education: Actively document and interpret the childrens learning processes, making learning visible through written narratives, photographs, videos, etc.

Qualifications:

• • • Bachelor's Degree or some college education.
    • Passionate about or eager to learn about the Reggio Emilia Philosophy.
    • Childcare Center Administration experience.
    • EEC certification and background clearance.
    • Valid CPR and First Aid certification, along with recent physical examination documentation.
    • Gentle, nurturing personality with a genuine love for children.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills and attention to detail.

Salary, Benefits & Hours:

    Salary range - $22-$28 per hour, commensurate with experience, education and EEC teacher qualification level
