Deliver comprehensive healthcare to a varied patient demographic, from newborns to seniors, with a special focus on young families. Physicians have the liberty to conduct a range of in-office procedures and can opt for newborn hospital rounding.

Experience genuine administrative relief with a 1.5:1 MA-to-clinician ratio and a seasoned, cross-trained support team dedicated to managing results and patient communications, allowing you to concentrate on patient care.

Optimized Work-Life Synergy:

Benefit from a 4.5-day clinical schedule that includes a dedicated half-day for administrative duties (which can be flexible or remote) and a manageable, rotation-based phone call schedule (1:4), resulting in only one to two calls per week.

Utilize a streamlined workflow that features 15-minute appointment slots , integrated virtual consultations, and a strategic ramp-up period for new providers to ensure high-quality care and patient retention.
