Employment Type Full time Shift Day Shift Description Trinity Health Of New England is looking for an experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team of mission-driven healthcare innovators. This person is responsible for working under the direction of a board certified radiologist, performing nuclear medicine procedures of varying complexities on infant, child, adolescent, adult and later adult patients, ensuring quality images of all appropriate anatomical structures for interpretation by the responsible radiologist. Excellent Communicator : Communicate effectively (written and verbal) with colleagues, patients and family member. Strong Educator : Instructs students and precepts new colleagues as assigned. Educate patients and family members so that they have a transparent understanding of the care being provided. Technical Familiarity : Ability to draft and implement imaging protocols to ensure image quality. Understanding in computer-based applications, email, and standard applications such as Microsoft Office. Active Teamwork : Demonstrates problem solving, conflict resolution, and positive communication through teamwork. Requirements Education: Graduate of Accredited 2- or 4-year Nuclear Medicine Technology program. Certification : ARRT and/or CNMT through the NMTCB Experience: preferred: 1+ years of previous experience in a general Nuclear Medicine department.
