Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is searching for an experienced Herdsman for a progressive Heifer Operation. The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of heifer management, including feeding and nutrition, herd health, and reproduction programs such as synchronization and artificial insemination. Additional responsibilities include overseeing daily livestock care, assisting with facility maintenance and upgrades, and contributing to efficient herd operations.

- Practical experience in herd health, animal handling, and general livestock husbandry.
- Ability to interpret and utilize data from herd management software.
- Willingness to learn new systems, technologies, and procedures.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a small team.
- Effective communication and record-keeping skills.
