What We Need: We're looking for a news writer/anchor. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your experience in a fast‑paced environment and continue growing your skill What You'll Do: Anchor multiple market newscasts Cover national/regional/local Breaking News Typical newsroom duties, phone calls, interviews, create content...etc. Other duties as assigned. What You'll Need: Five+ years working in a busy news environment Three+ years anchoring newscasts Strong journalistic integrity Excellent writing skills Must have strong grammar skills Ability to work all shifts, including weekends and overnights What You'll Bring: Respect for others and a strong belief that others should do this in return Full proficiency and understanding of job function Open communication with colleagues and direct reports that encourages collaboration and team consensus Strong problem solving skills Efficiency with independent work under minimal guidance Commitment to process improvement for overall team effectiveness Professional communication that stresses diplomacy, empathy and patience Location: Phoenix, AZ: 4686 E.
