Business Intelligence Analyst | Jacuzzi® Bath Remodels | Onsite Michigan

Byron Center, MI | Full Time | 100% Onsite

At BathWorks of Michigan, your work will help shape how we grow. We are a locally owned, fast-growing home improvement company specializing in Jacuzzi® bath and shower remodeling, and we're looking for someone who can turn business data into better decisions for our teams, customers, and communities.

As our first Business Intelligence Analyst, you'll help build our reporting and analytics function from the ground up. You'll work directly with leaders across the business to create clearer reporting, identify opportunities, and help BathWorks grow smarter as we expand into new markets.

This is not a remote position. This role works 100% onsite at our Byron Center, Michigan office. 

• Build dashboards and recurring reports across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and People Operations.

• Analyze business performance, trends, bottlenecks, and data inconsistencies.

• Bring data from multiple business systems together into reliable, easy-to-understand reporting.

• Define and document key metrics so teams are working from consistent information.

• Partner directly with department leaders to improve, automate, and simplify reporting.

• Turn data into clear takeaways and actionable recommendations for non-technical teams.

• Experience building reports or dashboards using data from CRM, ERP, or other business systems.

• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and confidence working with large datasets.

• Experience with a business intelligence or visualization platform such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.

• Working knowledge of SQL or another query language is a plus.

• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to spot trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities.

• Ability to explain data clearly to business leaders and non-technical teams.

• Comfortable using AI tools to support analysis while independently validating the accuracy of results.

• Must be able to reliably commute to our Byron Center office for a 100% onsite schedule.
