Housing Support Specialist: Community Wellness & Retention
The People Concern
The People Concern is seeking a Support Specialist for the 1603-Housing Retention program, based on 6th St Place in Los Angeles. This onsite role supports residents with housing stability, ADLs, and group wellness while coordinating with LVN and Case Managers to reach individualized goals. You will help maintain a safe, trauma-informed environment, lead life skills groups, and participate in site operations with property management. Strong communication and confidentiality are essential. #J-18808-Ljbffr The People Concern
