Qualifications: - Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken fluency required) - Strong working knowledge of dairy management, feeding systems, and cow behavior

• Experience with TMR management, feed efficiency, or herd performance metrics
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to train and coach
• Willingness to travel regularly to client farms
