Onsite Community Manager - Leasing & Asset Care Leader

Morguard is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead onsite operations, support a garden-style multifamily community, and head the Leasing and Maintenance teams. You will drive leasing, handle marketing initiatives, and maintain strong resident relations. The role requires 2+ years as a Property/Community Manager, a valid Driver’s License, and solid knowledge of fair housing and financial reporting.
