Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate, detailed, and profitable restoration estimates using Xactimate.
- Perform job-site inspections and accurately determine scope, materials, labor, and repairs.
- Estimate water, fire, mold, storm, and reconstruction projects.
- Work directly with adjusters, clients, Project Managers, and subcontractors.
- Prepare supplements and resolve scope discrepancies with insurance carriers.
- Maintain complete documentation in XactAnalysis, DASH, and other required platforms.
- Ensure estimates are accurate, timely, and aligned with project profitability.
- Support the sales and production teams with professional estimating and scope guidance.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of construction estimating experience required.
- Advanced Xactimate experience required.
- Strong knowledge of restoration, construction materials, labor, and building practices.
- Proven experience with insurance claims, supplements, and carrier requirements.
- XactAnalysis experience preferred.
- IICRC certification preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple estimates and meet deadlines.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
