University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Oak Park, MI. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our patients in a home care setting, ensuring their health and comfort while promoting independence and well-being. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records. Educate patients and families on healthcare management and disease prevention. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies. Requirements Valid LPN license in the state of Michigan. Previous experience in nursing, preferably in home care or a related setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
