Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to join our team. As an RN Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our unit, mentoring and coaching staff, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve our organization's goals. Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager Responsibilities Provide leadership and direction to the nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and exceptional outcomes. Oversee the daily operations of the unit, including staffing, scheduling, and supply management. Mentor and coach staff members to improve clinical skills and professionalism. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance improvement activities. Foster a culture of open communication, empathy, and respect among staff members and patients. Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager Requirements Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of Florida. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse, with experience as a Unit Manager preferred. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to mentor and coach staff members. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
