RN In-Home Assessment Specialist (Flexible 1099)

Paragon Home Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to conduct in-home assessments and develop individualized care plans for our caregiving team in Northern Virginia. This is an Independent Contractor (1099) position; it is not a hands-on or bedside nursing role. Assessments focus on evaluating client needs, home environment, and safety, typically taking about 60 minutes plus documentation.
