Director, IT Integration & M&A

Position Type: Direct Hire No 3rd Parties No C2C No Sponsorship Position Overview Seeking a Director, ITS Integration to lead enterprise IT integration efforts for newly acquired organizations. This role will own end-to-end integration strategy across infrastructure, cybersecurity, identity, applications, and enterprise platforms while developing scalable integration standards and playbooks for future acquisitions. This is a highly visible leadership position responsible for driving successful Day 1 readiness, TSA planning and exit, post-merger integration, and long-term operational alignment across multiple business units. Key Responsibility Lead enterprise IT integration workstreams across infrastructure, cybersecurity, applications, networking, and cloud platforms Drive IT due diligence, Day 1 readiness, TSA planning and exit, and Day 30/60/100/180 integration milestones. Develop standardized integration playbooks, governance models, and best practices. Partner with executive leadership, business units, cybersecurity, HR, communications, and enterprise architecture teams. Manage integration budgets, vendors, system integrators, and synergy realization. Lead identity integration, data migration, application rationalization, and enterprise platform consolidation. Establish governance, risk management, compliance, and security standards. Support acquisition integrations from planning through steady-state operations. Travel to operating companies as needed (less than 40%). Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 15+ years of IT leadership, enterprise program management, M&A integration, or large-scale transformation experience. Proven experience leading enterprise IT integrations following acquisitions. Strong background with: TSA Planning & Exit Day 1 Readiness Identity & Access Management Experience with enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, networking, cybersecurity, and business applications. Experience working in regulated industries or critical infrastructure environments is preferred. Strong executive communication, vendor management, budgeting, and governance experience.
