Registered Behavior Technician

Registered Behavior Technician(RBT) Duties and Responsibilities: Provide direct-care behavioral therapy in individual sessions (group sessions may also be assigned) Work with BCBAs and BCaBAs to implement individualized treatment plans. Collect accurate data as per company policies Submit session notes related to treatment plan implementation Support family and caregivers in following behavioral support strategies Maintain a high level of professionalism including appropriate clothing, timeliness, and communication.
