Responsibilities

• Defining product vision and roadmap to deliver measurable customer outcomes.
  
• Leading discovery, design, and launch of AI-driven features with cross-functional partners.
  
• Running structured evals to ensure product quality and performance before release.
  
• Collaborating with engineering and design to shape architecture and user experience.
  
• Driving continuous improvement in how our team operates and ships AI-native products.
  

What we're looking for

• Bring 10+ years of product management experience, including 3+ in B2B SaaS or AI-native environments.
  
• Demonstrate expertise in building and shipping AI-driven products from concept to launch.
  
• Lead teams through AI native operational transformation, improving processes and outcomes.
  
• Communicate clearly through concise product documents and strategy materials.
  
• Collaborate effectively with globally distributed teams across time zones.
  
• Apply hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, or similar platforms.
  
• Show domain knowledge in sales engagement, conversation intelligence, coaching, or forecasting.
  
• Have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience in product, engineering, or business discipline
  

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:
$124,000.00

Maximum:
$271,200.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
