We're looking for a driven, self-motivated Technical Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of results, and enjoys building long-term relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and clients.
This is a fully remote, work-from-anywhere position for someone who knows how to manage their day, stay accountable, and consistently deliver results.


What You'll Do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire opportunities throughout the United States.
• Recruit technology professionals across a variety of skill sets, including infrastructure, software development, cybersecurity, cloud, data, AI, project management, business analysis, and related disciplines.
• Support both direct client relationships and MSP/VMS-driven programs.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and direct sourcing strategies.
• Conduct candidate interviews to assess technical qualifications, communication skills, cultural fit, and overall alignment with client requirements.
• Develop meaningful relationships with candidates and serve as a trusted career advisor throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate interviews and provide a seamless experience for both candidates and clients.
• Negotiate compensation, employment terms, and start dates.
• Maintain accurate records and recruiting activity within ATS and CRM platforms.
• Partner closely with sales, account management, and delivery teams to understand client needs and hiring priorities.
• Consistently meet and exceed recruiting performance goals and KPIs.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful technical recruiting experience within a staffing, consulting, or professional services environment.
• Proven experience supporting technology-focused positions.
• Experience recruiting for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire opportunities.
• Working knowledge of W2, C2C, and 1099 engagements.
• Understanding of U.S. work authorizations and employment eligibility requirements.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Strong candidate sourcing and pipeline-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous staffing or consulting industry experience.
• Experience supporting MSP, VMS, and enterprise accounts.
• Familiarity with Bullhorn or similar ATS/CRM platforms.
• Experience recruiting across infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, software engineering, ERP, data, AI, and digital transformation disciplines.
• Proven track record of achieving recruiting metrics and placement goals.
