Centrally located in the middle of the Cape, Dennis Port, MA is the ideal place to work with easy access to major roads and highways. With over 121 nicely-appointed rooms situated next to 400 feet of private beach, it's a great place to experience all that Cape Cod has to offer. Room types include a cozy studio, 1-bedroom standard or Presidential suite, or a 2-bedroom suite with one or two full baths. All units feature fireplaces, while many of the suites offer sweeping views of Nantucket Sound. Almost all suites feature balconies/porches and refrigerators.

Pay: $18.00 hourly

Responsibilities

What will I be doing?

To maintain an acceptable level of cleanliness and quality control in the guest units and public common areas at the resort while providing outstanding customer service to all owners, guests and their families.

• Inspects all units assigned and ensure they are in accordance with the level of quality for the resort.
• Inspects all public common areas as assigned.
• Cleans units and public common areas as assigned.
• Reports any problems of quality to the management and ensures corrective action is taken.
• Performs written inspections on units as designated by management.
• Replaces any missing inventory items in the units.
• Reports any maintenance problems to management and any suspicious activities to security.
• Ensures all assets and supplies for the department are secure in storage at all times.
• Assists management in maintaining an accurate inventory of linen and supplies.

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

To fulfill this role successfully, you'll need to possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

• Ability to perform multi-task assignments.
• Ability to communicate (oral and written) with team members and guests.
• 1+ year housekeeping experience
• Valid driver's license

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
