Shift Leader - 5th Shift

Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily production activities to achieve schedules and quality standards
- Supervise production associates and team leads; conduct performance evaluations and development discussions
- Monitor safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity metrics; escalate risks timely
- Support investigations, audits, and corrective action implementation; ensure FDA/GMP compliance
- Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives to eliminate waste and optimize performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 3+ years manufacturing experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or FDA/GMP-regulated environments
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
- Ability to analyze production data and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP and electronic quality systems experience preferred
