Senior Graphic Designer

Heeler Marketing is Oklahoma’s first independent digital marketing agency. We've pioneered digital strategy in Oklahoma City for over 15 years, with dozens of award-winning projects across financial services, healthcare, B2Bs, civic organizations and more. We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who'll develop high-quality visual assets and help us raise the bar for creativity across our client work and brand. We rebranded to Heeler recently and you'll help shape our brand’s next chapter. This role has a direct impact on our clients, team and brand, as well as opportunities to grow into a leadership position. What You'll Own Elevating our creative quality standard with forward-thinking solutions and a critical eye for how projects measure up to the market Translating client goals into compelling creative concepts Creating mobile-first, UX website designs in Figma and collaborating closely with Web & SEO Strategists on creative solutions for website builds Developing scroll-stopping social and digital advertising creative that’s on-trend, tailored to the intended audience and platform-specific Executing motion design video projects from concept to storyboarding through delivery Executing brand identity and full visual system development Coordinating with photo and video partner vendors to ensure production quality, timely delivery and the creative direction matches the client’s vision Completing detailed quality assurance (QA) reviews and testing on completed projects Presenting the story behind creative concepts to clients with confidence and clarity Project managing creative-centered projects, when needed Positively contributing to client relationships and retention Regularly auditing published creative work and performance for new ideas and areas of improvement Staying two steps ahead of design trends, tools and emerging technology to keep Heeler's creative output sharp What We're Looking For Located in the Oklahoma City Metro area with the ability to commute to weekly team meetings at our downtown office and attend on-site client visits or shoots, as needed 10+ years of design experience preferred A portfolio that demonstrates range across business brand identity, web/UX design, social media and other types of digital design Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, plus a working knowledge of mobile-first website design and UX principles Experience with Figma preferred but not required Strong creativity, attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills Comfortable explaining creative strategy and collaborating with non-designers Operates with professional candor, takes ownership, proactively flags areas for improvement and develops solutions Naturally collaborative and comfortable checking your ego at the door Responsible professional who thrives working remotely without micro-management Cares deeply about getting the job done right for clients and team members What We Offer Health, dental and vision insurance offered Bonus opportunities based on company performance Hybrid work environment that's primarily remote with required in-person meetings and shoots in the OKC Metro Area Be part of a small team that cares about our impact, growth and culture How to apply Apply on LinkedIn with your portfolio, or send your resume and portfolio to View email address on click.appcast.io.
