Join our Womens Health team at our Faribault Clinic and delivery services at Owatonna Hospital. Our providers deliver exceptional, whole-person care for women in a diverse regional community setting. Our services include dedicated multi-specialty medical staff, obstetrical care, newborn care, and gynecology.\n

Job Description:

\n

Principle Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Provides direct care for obstetrics and gynecology patients which may include specializing in areas of general medicine, the reproductive system, pregnancy and childbirth both inpatient and outpatient.
\n
• Practices in a thoughtful manner including consideration for cultural diversity, individual autonomy and legal responsibilities.
\n
• Actively participates in multidisciplinary team approach to case management.
\n
• Utilizes quality improvement tools to develop processes that promote continuous improvement in delivery of patient care, patient outcomes, or workflows.
\n
• May participate in peer review and quality assurance.
\n

Required Qualifications/Licenses/Certifications

\n

\n
• \n

  MD, DO, or foreign equivalency training required

\n
• BE/BC with ABMS or AOA within Obstetrics and Gynecology upon hire
\n
• Active, non-restricted medical license in MN (or ability to obtain) upon hire
\n
• Ability to obtain and/or maintain MN DEA certification and National Provider Identifier (NPI)
\n
• Ability to meet criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and hospital privileges, if applicable
\n
• Must meet at least ONE of the requirements below:
  \n     ? Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
  \n     ? Current BLS certification from the American Red Cross
  \n     ? Allina in-house BLS training (within 30 days of hire)
\n

Pay Range

\n

Pay Range: $355,300 to $410,000 per year\n

The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).\n
