About the Opportunity

A busy, growing plastic surgery practice based in Midtown Manhattan is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Plastic Surgeon to join our expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a high-volume practice with strong referral relationships and immediate case flow.

The practice focuses primarily on breast reconstruction and complex spine closure cases, working closely with breast and spine surgeons across New York City and Northern New Jersey.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting base salary: $300,000+
• Significant production-based bonus structure

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery
• Eligible for medical licensure in New York and New Jersey
• Strong interest and/or experience in breast reconstruction
• Experience with complex wound and spine closures preferred
• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
