Job Description

We are seeking a skilled RN for our Emergency Room Care Center. The role involves providing direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the hospital, consistently supporting the quality initiatives of the department.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
Coordinate patient care effectively with the healthcare team.
Adhere to established ER protocols and maintain patient documentation.
Update boards with information and keep patients informed throughout their stay.

Requirements

2 years of experience as a nurse, with at least 1-year experience in ER setting.
Team-oriented, ability to coach and provide real-time feedback.
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS (before starting date), ENPC (within 90 days of hire).
Flexibility to work in all areas of the ED and available for every other weekend shifts.
