To learn more about CIBC, please visit CIBC.com What You’ll Be Doing Quality Assurance & Data Integrity Conduct daily quality assurance checks on loans entered into core loan origination systems (ACBS, IBS, SBA, ASPIRE). Ensure loan data aligns with executed legal documents, such as Credit Agreements, Notes, Lease Agreements, and other supporting materials, in accordance with a 10-day service level agreement (SLA). Promptly identify discrepancies, maintain data accuracy, and initiate necessary corrections. Post-Booking Review & Compliance Review and validate all post-booking and funding changes to loan records within a 5-day SLA. Confirm that all updates are properly documented and compliant with internal policies and regulatory standards. In-Office Operations Support Issue cashier’s checks to Loan Operations team members, ensuring strict adherence to internal controls. Review executed documents from Line of Business (LOB) partners for Fast Track Loans to verify accuracy and completeness prior to further processing. Forward fully executed loan packages to the Collateral Team for secure scanning and record retention. Preferred Qualifications Experience with syndicated loans and equipment finance is an asset. Familiarity with core loan systems (ACBS, Aspire, IBS, SBA) is a plus. Experience handling attorney-prepared documentation is also considered an advantage. This role has an expected salary range of $61,500 - $72,000 for the market based on experience, qualifications, and location of the position. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which may also include a discretionary bonus component.
