HR Generalist

TSG – The Sheridan Group seeks an HR Generalist to support our Human Resources & Talent Management function within a fast-paced printing media and strategic communications environment. Reporting to senior leadership, you will own day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, HRIS data integrity, and compliance with federal and DC labor laws. You’ll advise managers on performance management, employee relations, and policy interpretation while helping design training, engagement, and DEI initiatives that reflect our collaborative, high-performance, and client-focused culture.
