Position: Server

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to all guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Take orders and serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
• Uphold high standards of food and beverage quality.
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care.
• Work as part of a team to achieve daily and long-term goals.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a server in a fast-paced restaurant or cafe setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage pairings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
