We're a successful, growing State Farm insurance agency in Moraga, and we're looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and sales-minded professional to join our close-knit team! What You'll Do
- Build relationships and generate new business through proactive outreach to prospective and existing customers.
- Meet with customers, understand their needs, identify coverage gaps, and recommend insurance solutions that protect what matters most.
- Deliver exceptional service while helping customers make informed insurance decisions.
- Follow up consistently, manage sales opportunities, and take ownership of achieving individual and team goals.
- Collaborate with teammates, underwriting, and claims to solve problems and advocate for customers.
- Grow your career with opportunities in sales leadership, office management, or even owning your own State Farm agency!
- A positive, can-do attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine desire to help others.
- Prior insurance or outbound sales experience required.
- A proactive sales mindset — comfortable reaching out, starting conversations, and asking for the business.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Someone who's organized, dependable, self-motivated, and accountable for results.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with technology.
- Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses, or willingness to obtain them.
- Able to reliably commute to our Moraga office (full-time, in-person position).
