Warehouse Clerk

20/hr / 1st shift / Start ASAP / OT Available!!!

Responsibilities

• Process outgoing shipments accurately and ensure orders are dispatched in a timely manner.
• Prepare and review shipping documentation, including bills of lading and other required records.
• Support shipping and receiving activities, including verifying incoming and outgoing materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory control tasks.
• Handle parts and materials with care to support efficient warehouse operations.
• Perform data entry related to shipments, inventory, and warehouse transactions.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and adhere to established procedures and quality standards.
• Organize work areas and materials to support a clean, efficient, and safe warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve shipping or inventory discrepancies.
• Use computer systems to track orders, update records, and generate shipping reports.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in computer skills for processing orders, data entry, and inventory tracking.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple shipments and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Accurate data entry skills with a focus on maintaining reliable records.
• Experience with shipping and receiving processes.
• Ability to prepare and work with bills of lading and other shipping documentation.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in orders, documentation, and inventory.
• Understanding of inventory practices and parts handling.
• Ability to follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and established procedures.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working as a parts clerk or in a similar warehouse or logistics role.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems or warehouse software.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members and other departments.

Work Environment

This role is based in a warehouse setting with a clean and orderly environment. You will work around inventory, parts, and shipping materials, using computers and warehouse equipment to perform daily tasks. The position requires adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and established safety procedures, with an emphasis on maintaining a tidy and efficient workspace.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Lebanon, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
