Assistant Property Manager

The Assistant Property Manager supports the Property Manager with the daily operations of the property, ensuring excellent resident service, efficient maintenance coordination, and well-maintained properties.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily property operations and administrative tasks.
- Communicate with residents and respond to questions and concerns.
- Coordinate maintenance requests, vendors, and contractors.
- Assist with move-ins, move-outs, inspections, and unit preparation.
- Follow up on rent collection and resident accounts as needed.
- Conduct property inspections and report issues.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Assist the Property Manager with scheduling, communication, and other operational needs.
- Help ensure company standards and policies are followed.
Qualifications
- Property management or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
