Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $20.00 - $23.50 / hour

Summary

The primary function of the Guest Services Representative is to ensure that guests of Lee Memorial Health System, including patients, family members, friends, vendors, staff and all others are provided with the right information in a professional, customer-focused, timely manner. This position may be responsible for instilling and ensuring a service excellence culture along with Concierge services, flower delivery and the Fast Pass screening at all Guest Services desks (which may include surgical waiting areas and information desks) within Lee Memorial Health System. The position is responsible for creating a positive environment through cultivating and nurturing volunteer relationships and participation with the Guest Services Department. This includes development, coordination and retention of volunteer and concierge resources for these areas. This position will ensure there is adequate coverage for all shifts for the Guest Services desk operations, and that the most up-to-date information regarding system, campus, and community changes is available to the volunteers/staff through the information book and other materials.

Requirements

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service setting required.

License: N/A

Other: Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact and relate well to others. Knowledge of and the ability to use basic office software, computers and office equipment.
