We are a software-driven case-acquisition platform for plaintiff personal injury firms. We sell exclusive, AI-qualified car accident leads, priced per qualified lead, on top of an AI CRM and follow-up system most of the field does not have. The company was built by people who signed hundreds of PI cases and ran intake, so we sell to firm owners as peers. We work with more than a dozen firms today.

What makes the product different

• Case quality, not volume. One case is worth $5,000 to a firm. Another is worth $100,000. We know the difference and we screen for it, so firms get cases worth signing.
• AI qualifying and follow-up. Our software qualifies and warms every lead before a firm ever sees it, then keeps working it with automated follow-up.
• Compliance built into the tech. Consent capture and compliance live inside the platform, not bolted on after, (including California SB37 compliance) which is what keeps the firms we sell to safe.

The opportunity

Selling qualified case leads is a small, quiet field. Fewer than a hundred companies do it seriously, and almost none bring real attorney and intake experience the way we do.

This is not a high-volume sales job. A single firm can order around $100,000 a month. A dozen strong relationships can add over $1.5 million a month in billing. You build and keep a short list of high-value firm relationships, with uncapped commission on every one. Two dozen good clients is a career.

Why an attorney

Firm owners buy from people they trust and who speak their language. Your license puts you in the room as a peer, not a vendor, and you understand the compliance that keeps those firms safe, which becomes one of your strongest selling points.

In today's marketing, making equity partner at a firm turns on business development more than billable work, and the equity tier keeps shrinking. This role builds that exact skill right now, with full support from a team, and no waiting ten years for a committee to maybe review.

What you'd do

• Run discovery calls with firm owners: cost per lead, close rate, cost per signed case, and the volume they can handle.
• Turn that into a proof order and a path to locking up their market, then close it.
• Manage the firms you sign so they keep buying and grow their orders.
• Carry compliance as a value-add: TCPA and consent, DNC and reassigned numbers, California SB37, CAN-SPAM, A2P 10DLC, and Google Ads policy.

Who you are

• A licensed attorney in good standing.
• You build trust fast and can sign another attorney without it feeling like a pitch.
• Personal injury experience and firm relationships are a plus.
• Comfortable in an early company where some of what you need does not exist yet.

Compensation

• An hourly rate for your legal and compliance work, so your expertise is paid from day one.
• Uncapped commission on every firm you sign and manage.
• A defined path to ownership for the person who proves the fit. That is a conversation, not a number in a job ad.

Logistics

Remote, hours you control. You work directly with the founders as the first attorney in the company.
