Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior OBIEE/OAS Lead with Informatica to lead enterprise business intelligence, data integration, and data warehouse initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with OBIEE 11g/12c, Oracle Analytics Server (OAS), Informatica, Oracle databases, WebLogic, ETL, BI reporting, data modeling, performance tuning, testing, and enterprise data governance .

The candidate will provide technical leadership for BI and ETL initiatives, design enterprise data integration solutions, support BI platforms, optimize reporting environments, and ensure data quality across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, enhancement, migration, deployment, and support of OBIEE 11g/12c and Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) environments.
• Develop and maintain Web Catalog, RPD, dashboards, reports, and BI Publisher solutions.
• Lead ETL teams and design enterprise data integration architecture using Informatica .
• Establish data standards, governance practices, development standards, and best practices.
• Mentor ETL and data warehouse development teams.
• Develop advanced SQL and PL/SQL solutions within Oracle database environments.
• Perform database performance tuning and optimization.
• Convert complex SQL, stored procedures, and SAS logic into Informatica mappings.
• Administer OBIEE/OAS environments, including installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, security, migrations, and production support.
• Support WebLogic administration and BI platform infrastructure.
• Support BI environments across DEV, QA, UAT, and PROD.
• Perform OBIEE/OAS performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Optimize queries, cache management, RPD structures, aggregate navigation, dashboards, and reports.
• Analyze and resolve BI reporting and data warehouse performance issues.
• Design dimensional data models, including Star and Snowflake schemas .
• Develop source-to-target mappings and technical design documentation.
• Lead ETL and BI testing activities, including SIT, UAT, regression testing, data validation, reconciliation, and defect resolution .
• Perform advanced data validation and troubleshooting using SQL/PLSQL.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, consistency, and completeness across enterprise data pipelines and reporting systems.
• Participate in end-to-end BI implementation, including requirements gathering, ETL development, semantic layer design, reporting, testing, and deployment.
• Implement and support enterprise data governance, data lineage, and data quality frameworks .
• Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, database teams, and data warehouse teams to deliver BI solutions.
• Provide technical leadership across architecture, design, implementation, and production support activities.

Required Qualifications

• 84+ months of experience supporting OBIEE 11g/12c and Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) , including development, enhancements, migrations, Web Catalog, RPD, and BI Publisher deployments.
• 72+ months of experience leading ETL teams and designing enterprise data integration architecture using Informatica .
• 72+ months of experience with Oracle database development , including advanced SQL/PLSQL programming, performance tuning, optimization, and conversion of complex SQL, stored procedures, and SAS logic into Informatica mappings.
• 72+ months of experience administering OBIEE/OAS environments , including installation, configuration, upgrades, WebLogic administration, security, patching, migrations, and production support.
• 84+ months of experience with OBIEE performance tuning and troubleshooting , including query optimization, cache management, RPD tuning, aggregate navigation, and report/dashboard performance improvements.
• 48+ months of experience in data modeling and system analysis , including dimensional modeling, Star/Snowflake schema design, source-to-target mapping, and technical design documentation.
• 48+ months of experience in ETL and BI testing , including test strategy development, SIT, UAT, regression testing, data validation, reconciliation, and defect resolution.
• 48+ months of experience in advanced data validation and troubleshooting using SQL/PLSQL .
• 48+ months of experience in end-to-end BI implementation and data governance , including requirements gathering, ETL development, semantic layer design, dashboard/report development, deployment, data lineage, and data quality frameworks.
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field .
