Tasks include: requirement development, design, test, and integration of complex, specialized hardware/software for ground and airborne platforms. Essential Functions:Translate customer needs/requirements into unique verifiable system/subsystem level requirements.Write system/subsystem requirements specs.Develop system CONOPS and use cases.Develop system architectures that incorporate new mission equipment into SILs and airborne systems for military customer. Define requirement traceability methods.Perform systems engineering trade studies.Prepare effective presentations to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical professionals.Ability to use standard Microsoft Office suite of applicationsAbility to operate within a Product Lifecycle Manager (PLM); TeamCenter preferredBe focal point for conversation with the customer on technical issues.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in an appropriate engineering discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, Software, Physics, etc.) and a minimum of 9 years related work experience, or Graduate Degree in an appropriate engineering discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, Software, Physics, etc.) and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experiencePreferred Additional Skills:An active TS/SCI clearancePrior experience integrating mission systems on airborne platforms.
