Salary: $183,369/Annually - Salary is Negotiable (Employees will receive 5% below the negotiated pay rate during their probationary status.)

Responsible To: Dental Director

Summary:  This position assists in the overall function, quality of care and the financial progress of the Dental clinic. Supervise the dental staff, ensure Federal, State, and local regulatory compliance requirements are maintained. This will include all applicable licensing and certification requirements for staff. Oversee case/disease management programs. This position will operate under the terms and requirements of a contractual employment agreement. Continuation of this position is contingent upon funding allocations.

• Doctorate degree in Dental Surgery or Dental Medicine.
• Four (4) years of experience as a practicing dentist in a multi-group dental setting.
• One (1) year of managerial experience in the supervision of dental staff.

• Must provide a copy of diploma, license, degree or certification upon employment. 
• Employees are required to have proof of seasonal influenza vaccination; medical or religious exemption may be requested upon hire.
• Must submit current DEA, BLS/CPR cards.
• Must submit three (3) current references to include phone numbers.
