Pay: $17.00 per hour

Location: Morrisville, NC (onsite)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM

Start: Immediate opening

Job Type: Full-time | Temporary

Pay Frequency: Weekly pay

About the Role

ShareSTAFF is hiring a Forklift Operator / Material Handler to support a leading wall décor and print-on-demand manufacturing operation in Morrisville, North Carolina. In this role, you will safely receive, store, move, and deliver materials throughout the warehouse and production facility. This position is ideal for someone who works safely, stays organized, and can respond quickly to material needs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do

1. Safely operate a forklift to move, store, stage, load, and unload materials
2. Receive inbound materials and verify, scan, label, and place them in the correct location
3. Deliver materials to production areas accurately and on time
4. Organize warehouse racks and rotate materials using FIFO practices
5. Complete daily forklift inspections and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area

What You Bring - Required

1. Previous forklift operating experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
2. Ability to safely load, unload, stack, and move materials in designated areas
3. Ability to read labels, use a handheld scanner, and maintain accurate material records
4. Ability to stand or walk for most of the shift and lift up to 50 lbs
5. Reliable attendance, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to workplace safety

What You Bring - Preferred

1. Previous material handling, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience
2. Forklift certification or ability to complete required site-specific training
