Job Description
Join Our Dynamic ICU Team!

Job Description:


- Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
- 36 hours scheduled / 24 hours guaranteed
- Navy scrubs required
- Varied weekends and holidays; no guaranteed hours
- Must be flexible with locations, shifts, and departments to accelerate the offer process
- Candidates must be able to start on the listed start date, or no more than one week later
- RTO: Must be outlined on the cover page and cannot exceed 7 days; no RTO during the first week of assignment
- Must list all facilities and states willing to work in
- Must specify all shifts and departments experienced in and willing to work

Requirements:


- Minimum of 24 months ICU experience (with recent experience in the last 12 months) - REQUIRED
- Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI - REQUIRED
- No hits on state license to practice - REQUIRED
- Candidate's driver's license to verify residency - REQUIRED
- Travel experience - HIGHLY PREFERRED

Profile Requirements:


- Complete Banner Cover Page - REQUIRED
- Resume with all facilities, departments worked, trauma level designation, and # of beds listed - REQUIRED
- ICU skills checklist must be completed in the last 12 months - REQUIRED
- Active license to practice verified in the last 30 days - REQUIRED
- Active ACLS certification from an approved vendor - REQUIRED
- Active BLS certification from an approved vendor - REQUIRED
- Driver's License - REQUIRED
